IntoleranceLab Discount Code — The Official Answer

Short answer: there is no discount code, and the voucher sites listing them are wrong. £49 is the price. If you have landed here from a coupon site, you have probably just tried two or three codes at the checkout and had them all rejected. This page explains why, and what genuine ways there are to pay less.

Why the codes on voucher sites do not work

Search our brand name alongside “discount code” and you will find roughly two dozen coupon and voucher sites listing codes for us. We did not put them there and we do not control those pages. Some of those codes are simply invented. Others were real once — a partner code, a one-off campaign, or a personal referral code that a customer shared publicly and a scraper picked up — and have since been retired. As of 31 July 2026 we have closed every legacy code that was still open. So whatever the voucher sites are showing today, it will not apply at the checkout. We would rather tell you that plainly than let you spend ten minutes pasting dead codes into a checkout box.

Why we do not run discount codes

A screening costs £49. That is not a sale price waiting to be discounted, and it is not an inflated price with a code quietly attached for people who know to look. We have deliberately kept one price for everyone. The alternative — a higher list price with permanent “sale” pricing on top — is common in this market, and we think it is a poor way to treat people. It also means someone who does not think to search for a code ends up paying more than someone who does, for exactly the same service.

The genuine ways to pay less

  • Couples and Family packs. If more than one person in the household wants a screening, the multi-person packs work out cheaper per person than ordering separately. Each person still gets their own sample envelope and their own separate report.
  • The 90-day money-back guarantee. Not a discount, but it is the thing most people are really weighing up when they go hunting for a code. If you are not happy, tell us within 90 days and we refund you.

Are the deal-site offers real?

You may also see us on daily-deal sites from time to time. Those are genuine when they are running, but they are separate promotions with their own terms — including what is and is not included — set by the deal platform rather than by us. Read the terms on the deal itself, because they will not always match what is on this website.

Common questions

Is there a student, NHS or key-worker discount? No. We keep one price for everyone rather than running separate schemes. Do you have a newsletter code? Not at the moment. If that changes, this page is where it will be posted first. Can I stack codes? There is nothing to stack. I found a code that worked. What now? Please tell us at info@intolerancelab.co.uk. If a legacy code is still open, we would like to know about it. Will the price go up? We have no plans to change it.

What £49 covers

350 food items and 350 non-food items screened from a small hair sample, a report within three working days of your sample reaching our Jarrow lab, a ranked shortlist of the items our screening flagged at 85% likelihood or above, and a written guideline on running an elimination trial properly. This is a wellness screening service, not a diagnostic test. It is not NHS or BDA endorsed. What it gives you is a shortlist worth exploring — an elimination approach and a food diary are what actually demonstrate a link. If your symptoms are severe, persistent or getting worse, please see your GP.
